Meet the Coaches

Drew Weich - Assistant Coach

My name is Drew Weich and I am a first-year coach with GPAC. I grew up playing in the Calgary Buffaloes Hockey Association where I played U15 AA, U15AAA, U16AAA, and U18AAA. I won the 2010 U15AAA Provincial Championship and was drafted in the 2010 WHL Bantam Draft by the Everett Silvertips. I have played 200+ Jr A hockey games split between the Okotoks Oilers and Camrose Kodiaks of the AJHL and the Alberni Valley Bulldogs of the BCHL. After my junior career I played two seasons with the SAIT Trojans in the ACAC and one season with the University of Calgary Dinos in the USport. I graduated with a Degree in Chemical Engineering. I still play senior hockey with the Grande Prairie Athletics.
