I'm Mitchell Lavers and I'm proud to be an Assistant Coach on this season's GPAC Boston Pizza U13AA Storm team.?I began playing hockey in 1989 and played all through Minor Hockey, finishing after completing U18. I began coaching in 2012 in Grovedale and moved to Grande Prairie MHA in 2016. I have previously coached in the U7-U11 Divisions and look forward to advancing to U13AA this year.?I'm an energetic, results driven coach who is passionate about teaching hockey and life skills in a competitive, fast paced environment. Away from the rink, I'm a Millwright for West Fraser and enjoy hunting, camping and being with my wife and two sons, both of who play in the GPAC system.
